I am a storyteller in every sense of the word… on stage, on screen, behind the microphone, and in the rehearsal room.
Trained as an actor at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, with training in Musical Theatre from Edinburgh’s Telford College already under my belt, I began my professional journey at the Dundee Rep Theatre before moving to Vienna, where I co-founded Open House Theatre as Artistic Director. What started as a single venture grew into a decade-long exploration of how performance can cross languages, cultures, and mediums.
Since then, my work has taken me onto international film sets, into award-winning audio dramas, across national television screens, and even onto European stages as Bjørn in an ABBA tribute band. I’ve voiced characters who live only in the imagination, played roles that challenge and inspire, and built a reputation as both an actor and a writer in independent film.
Alongside performing, I teach, guiding actors in the craft of theatre and screen, sharing not just technique, but the discipline and playfulness needed to create truth in performance. As a voiceover artist, I move fluidly between creative projects and corporate storytelling, bringing words to life in ways that resonate.
I speak fluent German, navigate cultures with ease, and believe that every performance, whether sung, spoken or acted, is an act of connection.
In short: I live at the intersection of art, language, and story, and my career has been about one thing… the inherent need to understand human nature through storytelling.
